The Mindray BeneHeart battery, compatible with both the C1A and C2 AEDs in the C-series, provides reliable power with an estimated lifespan of approximately 5 years. Battery replacement is simple: simply unscrew the compartment on the back of the AED, insert the battery, and slide it into place.
